• Managing the cluster of Branches for Construction Equipment Finance

• Team management , selection and grooming.

• Finance Construction Equipment Product like JCB , Tipper. BHL & Excavator etc

• Generate the Leads with Dealer network Existing Client, Market reference & help of DSA appoint in Ahmedabad.

• Providing best services for hassle free processing of loans.

• Constantly achieved targets given by the company.

• To build up relationship management with customer

• To monitor collection portfolio along with collection teams and debt recovery.
