Job responsibilities

ERP support for
Tracking of ERP complaints coming from the users on a daily basis. Tracking of new requirements/functionality coming from the users which are required for business.
Communicate to ERP users to understand the problem and new requirements, Maintain a data sheet for all complaints / new requirements (date, user name, module name , sub module name, nature of problem, urgency level etc.)Inform the ERP issues to me for further analysis Communicate the issues/new requirements to the ERP partner in a timely manner considering the criticality/urgency of the issues. Give server (production server) access to ERP partners and keep an eye-watch on their activity which they are doing on our server.
Give server (test environment) access to ERP partner for any new development/customization, test the new customization with users, after successful testing deploy the new development/customization in live production server.
Tracking and follow-up with ERP partners for pending issues. Make proper documentation Support for KIMOCE , all other web applications of IOCL, KIMOCE
Tracking of all complaints coming on a day to day basis. Communicate with the user and support partner for the resolution. Give server access to support partners and monitor their activities. Make proper documentation
OSCAR-Axapta Integration
Support in the integration
PO creation / Invoice submission
Making PO of all IT assets and accessories from the ERP system for DFS-India.
Follow up with purchase dept for OPW-India IT purchases. Submission of various invoices to finance for payment.
Follow up with finance and get the payment on time to get proper services from IT support vendors
KIMOCE upgrade
