Job Description
Has passion towards education and effective content communication through visuals.Has strong subject expertise in at least one of these - Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and could apply theoretical knowledge to the practical applications through simulations, experiments, and varied audio visual elements.
Has exquisite communication skills verbal and written, you are able to communicate clearly and efficiently in multiple formats, including email, written documents, digital presentations and verbal conversations. Being multilingual is a plus.
Shows adaptability and ability to multitask, manages the team at vertical level while meeting deadlines and training other team members in different processes,
Has the ability to embrace chaos, uncertainty and volatility and work with a diverse set of stakeholders, in an agile and dynamic environment that promotes innovation,
Makes learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities and yourself should be open to learning new concepts and tools. Identifies loopholes in the existing processes and brainstorm and design creative ways to improvise them, and conceptualizes and lay down the outline for the new processes and optimize resource allocation,
Is proficient in G-suite applications.
Is someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, including a penchant for experimentation and a bias toward action.
Has successfully managed complex projects from inception to completion. You understand how to define scope, set clear goals and ensure they are met within timelines while ensuring high quality outcomes.
Is a creative communicator and a meticulous editor, who can ideate and implement effective teaching methodologies with great attention to details ...then were looking for you!
