Job Description
Job descriptionThis role is responsible for developing content for learning and performance support solutions across one or more modalities (e.g. in person ILT, VC or E-learning, performance supports) focused on building technical, business and leadership capabilities or a blend of these for a variety of audiences
Responsibilities
Design and develop the learning solutions from needs analysis to deployment and measurement.
Identify the most appropriate modality for the learning and performance solutions (e.g., for in-person or VC learning, e-learning or performance supports or some combination of these.)
Develop materials for the learning solutions per the design documents and project schedule.
Develop the deployment materials for the learning solutions - through Train the Facilitators, communications, and direct discussions.
Attend and lead as appropriate status update meetings with other course developers on basis appropriate for each project and be prepared to communicate any items or issues that are relevant to other members of the team.
Communicate with key stakeholders i.e. Reviewers /Subject Matter Experts and other course developers.
Address review comments in a timely manner.
Update the learning solutions following pilots, feedback or development in methodology, strategic initiatives etc.
Develop content for ILTs/digital/e-learning modules, videos and electronic performance solutions.
Support the Performance Solutions Project Leads and SMEs in designing solutions.
Identify relevant interactive design alternatives for inclusion in the solution that will most effectively accomplish the business objectives and learning outcomes.
Review proposed development plan with respective Performance Solutions team to gain approval to move forward with development/programming.
Partner with functional Performance Solutions teams and SMEs to develop the course/module administration guides, course release emails and course webpages for all globally developed content.
Create practice exercises, knowledge checks and other elements designed to drive learner knowledge retention.
