Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To recruit and manage a team of Insurance Advisors in order to achieve the company targets
To utilize employee management skills in a manner to motivate employees, thus maintaining productivity levels
To focus on and develop various business segments as per the sales strategy
To train IAs with the help of the training team
To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations
B. MEASURE OF SUCCESS
Achievement of sales targets and other parameters such as retention
Activation of Advisors monthly
C. QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
Any Bachelors/Masters degree
1-5 Years of Experience in Sales
Experience in recruiting IRDA Agents/Advisors
D. SKILLS REQUIRED
Appropriate knowledge of IRDA regulations
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, showing the ability to balance workload and meet deadlines.
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills
Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and reliability
Demonstrate ability to motivate employees and build a high performing team
Exhibit knowledge of underwriting and operation processes
Showcase ability to anticipate potential complications and develop appropriate contingencies in response
