Consultant Tech Consulting Microsoft
Location : Mumbai

Azure capabilities: Cloud transformation, Development, Big data and data fabric , DevOps, Integration, AI and Machine learning
Business Applications capabilities: Dynamics CE, Power Platform , Dynamics D&SCM and Power BI
Modern Workplace : O365, Teams communications, AD, IAM, Security
Your key responsibilities
Technical excellence
- Provide thought leadership based on D365 capabilities and real world D365 experience
- Mentor the team, sharing knowledge and experience to ensure the team grows in experience and effectiveness
- Participate in application design and architecture components, providing options with pros and cons
- Review process and functional designs for optimization and feasibility
- Supervise and participate in application build, test, and deploy activities
- Lead and assist troubleshooting in collaboration with internal teams, Microsoft s cloud and D365 support teams
- Monitor performance and ensure appropriate maintenance is planned and carried out for trouble-free operation
- Supervise application build, test, and deploy activities
- Participate in data migration design and execution, provide guidance as needed
- Participate in testing and automation, provide guidance as needed
- Participate in efforts to estimate & track the above activities
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor s degree or diploma with IT, Finance or Business Administration
- 3+ years of experience as either a technical lead with Dynamics 365
- Strong experience implementing D365 CE; including, but not limited to, the following:
- SQL Integration Services, including KingswaySoft and/or Scribe
- SQL Reporting Services
- BYOD DW, Azure Data Lake, and PowerBI
- SharePoint Services
- SDK and/or Developers Toolkit for D365 Sales
- Programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript
- Cloud technologies such as LogicApps, Data Gateways, and Azure Service Bus
- Experience of working with the following:
- Complex global architecture
- Real time and batch integration
- Strong working experience in configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Portal cloud applications
- Experience in creating webforms, workflows, actions and plugins
- LCS for project and environment management
- Migration of data/code from on-prem to the D365 cloud
- Azure IaaS
- ALM/debugging in D365, DevOps
- MS Power Solutions
- Test scripting using EasyRepro and Selenium
- Proactive monitoring and alerting of the D365 Environment
- Troubleshooting the D365/Azure application down to the server level logs
- Application support involving coordination between internal IT and Microsoft support logging and tracking tickets till resolution
