We have a opportunity with leading MNC Life Insurance company for a position of Manager-Business Partner

Channel Development Manager has to recruit Channel Development Partners who will act like Sales managers and recruit advisors

- Channel Development Manager

Salary: 7 lakhs + Business development allowance, mobile & conveyance allowance.

The position reports to RM.  

Role:

- CDM will be responsible for the overall target achievement of the branch and development of Agency Partners.

- Need to identify & Recruit potential AP's and ensure they are able to Recruit good quality life insurance advisors.

- Training and motivating the team.

- Supporting the team and resolving the operational issues pertaining to AP and their advisors - Should lead and motivate the BP's to recruit Advisors and ensure they reach he business target.  

Desired Candidate Profile:

-5-12 years of total experience in sales. With minimum 3 years in life insurance agency sales experience

-Life insurance agency experience is mandatory.

-Should be expert in communication and presentation skills.

-Man management and leadership skills

-Age 25 to 39
