Ensure daily cash and position reconciliations are delivered to our clients while observing the agreed upon SLA
Review daily cash forecasting and other client reporting requirements
Query security master and lifecycle event related issues to the Data Management team for resolution
Work with banks, brokers and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery to customers and completion of deliverables
Participate in multiple system initiatives
Respond to all client queries through communication directly with client operational staff on a daily basis
