Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations. Back-up for Manager as escalation point for BPOs.
Handling internal and external escalations related to our products to identify root causes, coordinating communications with other teams and ultimately providing a resolution
Provide root cause analysts to capture the drivers and impact on the BPO weekly Performance.
Partnering with other internal teams across business units to resolve external buyer/seller issues and critical issues
Ability to identify grey areas in policies and gaps in processes, and use excellent judgement to resolve those issues
Provide analysis to improve BPO experience and make recommendations to the existing process.
