o Respond to and resolve customer queries through multiple communications channels
o Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty through providing best in class personalized customer support
o Provide support to leadership to effectively improve the overall service levels provided to the customer
o Have the opportunity to provide coaching, guidance and direction to other team members
Essential Requirements:
o Customer focused
o Complex problem-solving skills
o Ability to articulate and simplify customer issues and solution
o Strong communication skills & phone etiquette

o Solid experience in a customer facing role
