Job Description:2500+ That is the number of PLS associates that the Practice Operations Managers team empower, to deliver operational excellence to commercial, scientific and operations services by deploying industry leading frameworks along with instilling culture of service mindset and excellence, across five different global locations.
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for metrics and providing training in respective area.
Supports, initiates and leads continuous improvement activities for the quality assurance systems on site e.g document management, change control and training
Ensures that quality assurance systems e.g. document management, change control system, training, escalation management and risk management are in compliance with local and global requirements
If leadership role: Efficient department management in accordance with annual plan (budget / activities / timelines) and defined objectives

Functional Breadth Fix-its/Turnarounds
Risk Management
Quality decision making
Knowledge of compliance requirement for all internal and external regulations
Knowledge of TQM and related industry GxP standards and processes Quality Standards
