Job Description
Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign of Power Electronic and embedded hardware circuits
Selection of required components for the given application.
Should be able to understands and write system and subsystem specifications and test procedures.
Work with eCAD team for bringing PCB from concept including schematic capture, PCB layout, and BoM creation.
Investigate problems related to the board during bring up and functional testing and incorporate the necessary changes in the design.
Giving Design inputs to firmware and testing teams and enjoy working in a team of Engineers with passion.
Desired Candidate Profile
Masters degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Electronics Field)
Familiarity with schematic capture, board layout fundamentals, BOM management, and Gerber viewers.
Hands-on experience in component selection, circuit design, troubleshoot, and fixing hardware.
Experience of system design, in which Processor, DSP, and/or FPGA (CPLD) controllers are involved.
Ability to work with control and embedded firmware engineers to design and debug systems.
Excellent skills in writing architectural design document, test procedures with necessary drawings and presentation skills.
Understanding in Thermal analysis, Power Loss Computation, EMI / EMC, Signal Integrity.
