Roles and Responsibilities:
Produce well-researched content and keep it updated
Design, and develop content for K 12 sector
Contextualize and develop content as per the job role learning requirement
Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content
Collaborate with various stakeholders for devising of the content
Development of content based on ILT/VILT/OJT and updating current content
Development of FAQ & script, hand-outs, etc.
Development of Need based training module
Qualifications for Content Writer
Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
Impeccable grasp of the English language
Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
Proficiency with computers, writing skills, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office, Tools Articulate, Captivate, Adobe
