Job Description
1Develop the national Brand strategy and brand plans including opportunities for the brand, promotion strategy, digital and content strategy to achieve targets on equity and market share
2Propose brand specific goals Distribution, Awareness and Image based on analysis of current situation and companys business goals.
3Create brand pull and loyalty for portfolio growth and achievement of brand targets through identification of relevant properties, initiatives, advertisement and effective utilization of ATL and BTL activities
4Assist Sales in developing volume and profit forecasts and recommend pricing for the specified brand
5Assist regional and trade marketing team in identifying drivers for key markets and preparing local brand plans aligned to the national plans
6Determine and communicate the appropriate positioning, pricing and packaging of relevant products
7Communicate on a timely basis any NPD/pack change initiatives and any promotion which have production implications (packaging materials/capacity)
8Implement best practices across all brand initiatives/briefs with the agencies and monitor their adherence and stay compliant
9Champion and follow all policies relating to responsible marketing of alcoholic beverages which include DD&D, Sustainability, Sociability and alcohol
