Job Description

Team management
To manage and supervise debt teams activities and performance
To effectively delegate activities Debt raising
To manage the complete debt raising lifecycle including on-boarding lenders and post disbursement management
To prepare relevant proposals, documentation and reports for sharing with prospective lenders
To effectively resolve queries and drive deal closures Reporting/Communication
To review lender and investor reports prepared by the team and ensure consistent and accurate communication
To prepare and monitor ALM positions with regular updates and highlight associated risks
To update management on the key highlights/high impact scenarios of the reporting outcomes and suggest measures
Compliance
To monitor and report compliances with respect to lender covenants, book debt requirements, RBI disclosures and any other compliances required by stakeholders
To report and communicate financial health of the company to management with feedback
To assist in preparation of company policies stipulated by regulations Strategic alliances
To explore and close new funding avenues as well as products for maintaining a
diversified borrowing profile
To assist in management of government projects including CGTMSE, ECLGS and any other projects the company partners with
To work closely with internal teams to onboard new co-lending/business correspondent partnerships.
