Job Location: Ahmedabad (Prahlad Nagar)
5 days Working(Monday to Friday)
We are seeking Team leader for Microsoft .Net/MS SQL server technologies for creating customize development and maintaining the product. The primary responsibility will be to design and develop these layers of the applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Apply data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations
Reviewing query performance and optimizing code, writing queries with team.
Ensure that the necessary development environments are created for the team in a timely fashion.
Skills and Qualifications
7-10 years of total experience and prior experience in a team lead position
College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Deep knowledge of the .NET 2.0/3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010/2017, VB.NET/C#.NET, ASP.NET, ASMX and WCF Web Services, WEB API, Angular, AJAX, JavaScript, and ADO.NET (Minimum 5+ years)
Experience in MS SQL server 2008, MS SQL server 2012 T-SQL programming, added knowledge of MS SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
Experience in full software development life cycle from design to deployment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Should be able to take a high level of ownership of all work developed by members of the team.
Effectively manage team members in line with company policy and procedures, including performance, development, disciplinary and conflict resolution with effective feedback.
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
Should assist with technical effort estimating, creation of work breakdown structure, risks and solutions at a solution level.
Should review design and implementation of junior designers and developers on the quality of technical deliverables and adherence to quality process
Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
Ability to organize and plan work independently
Should be able to Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
