The RBS is looking for an experienced Program Manager, Store Walk to lead critical Program s within our Walk the Store service offering, in order to increase efficiencies and quality of the amazon catalog. Our catalog is an essential part of the consumer experience as it is the basis for the customer and shopper experience and can fundamentally influence the way customers shop and how productive shoppers can be. As a Program Manager, Store Walk, you will
Responsible for end-to-end Programs focused on business strategy, customer experience & offering for Expansions
Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps, create plans to mitigate and drive to closure
Own regular business reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goal
Develop new plans and roadmap to drive expansion
Cross functional coordination and alignment
Define new goals to measure the success of our program and drive health of the program
Monitor and respond to customer feedback
Scope and develop programs and associated roadmaps to deliver insights and drive decision-making.
Experience managing projects with multiple inputs and multiple stakeholders.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to execute testing/validation initiatives aligned to team timelines.
Comfortably transition between big picture, strategic thinking and tactical, day-to-day planning and execution.
Create mechanisms to drive improved optimization on existing lane structure as well as create most efficient start up and standard work.
Ensures critical path timelines are met, resource needs are understood and project prioritization is visible to Sr leadership
Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal business partners. Facilitate process improvement initiatives among site operations, engineering, and corporate systems groups.
Candidates should have experience working with product managers / teams and be familiar with their scoping / prioritization process. A strong presence and the ability to influence are critical, as working with a diverse set of stakeholders is a key aspect of this role. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer and shopper focus and discipline on setting, communicating and achieving dates upwards and laterally. The ability to understand how different areas of the business are interconnected across marketplaces will be key to develop a product vision. Candidates should have exceptional written communication skills and a proven track record of delivering projects from concept to launch.
Basic Qualifications :
5+ years of relevant experience in Program/Product/Service Delivery management for consumer devices.
Undergraduate CS, Engineering, Science, or Math degree or MBA.
Experience managing programs through entire life cycle from inception to launch.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products/programs to world-wide markets.
Ability to distill informal customer requirements into problem definitions, dealing with ambiguity and multiple goals
Working experience as a SCRUM master
Ability to manage and quantify improvement in customer experience or value for the business resulting from research outcomes
Preferred Qualifications :
Clear written and verbal communication to crisply communicate status updates
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple high-complexity projects
Ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems, showing a track record of making business decisions using relevant data and insights
Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
Experience using rapid prototyping and other creative mechanisms to gather direct customer feedback early in the product development process.
Experience developing and launching V1 products; comfort with ambiguity and nascent markets.
Familiarity or experience with autonomous systems, computer vision, computer learning, or mapping; experience with remote sensing software.
General manager/owner mentality, entrepreneurial drive, and proven ability to influence others.
Insatiable will to get stuff done.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases.
