Job Description

1. 2+ years relevant experience in leading Salesforce technical team
2. 5+ years strong experience in Salesforce Sales and service cloud including Force.com, Apex, visual force and salesforce.com APIs
3. Strong experience of community development with Salesforce lightning components, controllers, scripts, Styling and Lightning data service.
4. Strong Hands on experience of SFDC configurations (Validations rules, Workflows, Assignment rules, Approval processes, Reports/Dashboards, Access Control, Custom objects/fields)
5. Strong knowledge and hands on experience of Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch processing, Web services and APIs, Test coverage classes, Deployment strategies)
6. In-depth understanding of the SFDC capabilities and constraints of SFDC application Data model, Data Architecture, and Data Management
7. Strong integration experience in with SFDC enterprise and partner WSDL for integrations with vendor packages and in-house systems
8. Advanced SFDC user/administrator skills (including using permissions, roles, profiles, queues, security setup, views, and page layouts)
9. 2 + years application development experience with Java/.Net, JavaScript, SQL, XML, HTTP, SOAP/REST, JSON
10. Expert in Creating Design High & Low-Level Design, providing Fit-Gap, Estimation, Leadership skills to own implementation for individual track/application
11. Exposure to Dev-Ops environment working & Agile
12. Excellent communication & Client facing skills and ability interact with IT manager
13. Experience in leading technical team & Team player
14. Domain knowledge with financial services, Asset Management a plus
15. Salesforce.com Certification in ADM 201/ADM 211 is a must
