Job Description

Role: Active Directory (Azure)
Remote location
Fulltime
Manage a team of Infrastructure L2 and L3 engineers
Provide Technical leadership and act as the Level 4 escalation engineer in messaging, collaboration and directory services
Ensures the completeness of project deliverables within estimated time by meeting quality goals
Lead and coordinate the transition of new services from project team to operations team
Ensures high customer satisfaction
Mentors direct reports and conducts monthly one-on-one meetings
Provide career development planning and opportunities
Identify skill enhancement opportunities and coordinate with training department to conduct training
Appropriately communicate organization information through team meetings, ad-hoc meetings, one-on-one meetings and emails
Attrition and conflict management
Resource planning and allocation based on the skills and needs to effectively staff and to meet engagement goals
Service Level Management and reporting
SLA breach analysis with direct reports and drive continual improvement
Plan and Implement Customer Value Adds and Service Improvement Plans
Identify the risks, develop and coordinate the Business ContinuityDisaster Recovery Plans. Owner of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
Manage relationship with other Service providers and virtual teams ensuring agreed procedures are maintained & improved
Record and track operational issues and lead the short term and long term resolutions
Work Load Analysis and productivity management
Drive the implementation of automation initiatives and organizational best practices
Ensure continuous communication & coordination with client in the event of Sev 1 and Major Incidents
Make sure Quality and Infosec documentations, process and procedures are maintained, followed and audits are passed
Skills:
Must have minimum 2 years of experience as a technical lead of a Level 2 andor Level 3 infrastructure support team
Must have 2 years of Level 3 support experience in Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory and On-Premise Active Directory
Strong knowledge in DNS, Active Directory Federation Services
Knowledge in Microsoft Azure, Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD), Azure MFA and Intune is preferred
