A successful Warehouse Manager is a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities. They
possess great attention to detail and a business mindset.
The goal is to ensure that all business operations have adequate material to achieve their objectives.Roles and Responsibilities
Independently handle warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage
requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management.
Ensuring all the warehouses in different locations should follow all the guidelines and the SOPs.
Daily monitoring and reviewing the performances of all the warehouses and ensure all are meeting the
TAT & standards of the services as mentioned in the SOPs.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts/measurement; reconciling with data storage
system.
Analyze the stock movements to anticipate the future needs.
Identifying the fast moving articles in all the warehouses and ensuring timely replenishment.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse.
Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up
on work results.
Maintains warehouse staff on all the locations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training
employees.
Ensure all stock movements had been recorded correctly and time to time conducting physical audit in
all the locations.
Ensuring accuracy of physical stock & stock in inventory management system.
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
Ensure all the warehouse must submit Daily Stock status report (In & OUT) and submit the same to the
management.
Timely submission of Documents to the Accounts & Purchase team.
Produce reports and statistics regularly
Should have had experience of working in a busy warehouse & managing warehouse operations.
