Job Description

Upto 5 years of work experience preferably in consulting firms
First hand experience of working on proposals / EOIs for multiple donors / government. International experience is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English language skills
Well versed with MS word, Excel and MS PowerPoint
Should be able to work independently,
Should be able to pick up process quickly
Strong attention to detail
Graduation: Bachelors or Masters in Economics/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Social Science/
Health/ Public Health/ Management/ Development Studies from a reputed institution

JD-RFP Response- Anchor Proposal response to IQVIAs selected EOI/ RFQ/ RFP in Health Sector targeting governments, development partners, NGOs, etc. The person would be responsible for pre-qualification and technical proposals
Business Development- Identification and development of work opportunities, client requirement analysis, development of EoI/ RFPs, client presentations, concept notes, etc.
Partnership- Managing and facilitating partnerships with key stakeholders (academic institutions, NGOs, corporates, etc.)
Database- Maintain a database of RFP related documents and compliances
