Role: Customer Support Executive, Emailing Process
Job location: Bangalore
Salary : 3 - 3.5 lakhs per annum
Education Qualification :Under graduate / Graduate
Desired Experience: 1 - 5 Years in emailing process
Currently Work From Home
Rounds of interview: HR, email / essay writing test, operations
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or services.
- Answering questions about products or the company.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Responsible for closing sales over the phone while maintaining good customer relationships.
