Preparing & maintaining Secretarial records of the Company viz; Statutory Books, registers etc. Candidate requirement:
Candidate should be a Qualified CS with appropriate experience according to the JD He/she should have completed Schooling in English Medium only (Class 1 to Class 10) Should have signing authority
Work Location: Mumbai Central Reports: Directly to Director Working days & timings: 6 days working (2nd & 4th Saturday - Holiday); 9 am to 5:30 pm
