Job Description


  1. Customer Service
  • Highest level of customized and personal customer service possible to individual shoppers
  • Provide welcoming, personal, professional service to all Customers at all times
  • Ask questions, investigate preferences, listen to customer, make the experience interactive
  • Suggest group of appropriate products and/or colors to meet and exceed customers needs
  • Try and educate the customers and create different looks for the customer, and encourage the customer to do so as well
  • Assist customers with product/services selection and information
  • Become trusted consultants for Beauty shoppers and give them an enhanced buying experience
  • Demonstrateeffective communication skills, the well-executed and expedient application of makeup to achieve the look the Customer desires
  • Inform customers of programs or offers in the Beauty Category
  • Obtain Customer data for Beauty Addict clients
  • Follow-up, follow-through with customers and keep commitments in order to maintain strong relationships
  • Motivate the customer to visit the store often and make purchases frequently by driving the relationship with their clients
  • Be informed about products/company information/store information and convey to the customer accordingly
  • Listen well and communicate clearly
  • Practice current good counter practices
  • Maintain the appointment levels, contribution to sales, conversions
  • Focus on increasing the IPT and Avg Bill Value
  • Encourage customers to share feedback and reviews online, post pics post makeovers if possible
  • Be in touch with the respective Brand staffs to understand from them the new launches

  1. Maintaining Work Environment
  • Keep self updated on latest style and fashion trends
  • Actively participate in cleaning displayer units, tools, and testers throughout the day, and more thoroughly at night to prepare for next day's business
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Maintain tester units in proper schematic order.
  • Clean or replace any broken or damaged products
  • Maintain proper placement and condition of merchandise on counter, in stock room and maintained areas.
  • Inform management of any store maintenance issues
  • Inform management of any Health and Safety issues which might lead to accidents
  1. Administrative Assistance Activities
  • Complete assigned projects such as counting expiration dates, batch codes on products, compiling information on RTV's of testers
  • Complete appropriate Customer correspondence as required.
