Job Description

We are hiring UK Payroll Specialist | Wipro @ Chennai

Work Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Shift: UK Shift

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Cab: Drop Available

Mode of Interview: Virtual

Roles and Responsibilities

UK payroll finance reconciliation activities
Working on UK payroll Tax, NI and tax year end activities including P11D, P60 and RTI
Proficient in PC skills and MS office applications (including power point)
Interacting with customer, vendor and 3rd parties
Ability to lead the teams as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Exposure to audits, BS7799, ISO, Quality standards, Continuous improvement etc.,
Setting and driving targets, goals etc. for the team
Working on any payroll ERP (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft), preferably Oracle.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in UK payroll processing
Analytical and presentation skills
Interviewing skills
Ability to manage multiple payroll cycles and complex payroll calendar
Effective Communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to guide the team on complex and judgmental activities
Team handling experience for 2-4 years in outsourcing environment
