Job responsibilities:
- Must be well versed in English and Hindi Speaking for a qualitative communication with the
customers. - Calling customers, understanding their queries and qualifying them according to the relevancy and qualitative metrics outlined for the product.
- Ability to satisfy customer issues and resolving them with confidence.
- Ability to learn fast and remember various products & their features to be able to explain to the customers properly.
- Ability to handle tough situations with a customer and answer with humility. Good humor to lighten the mood in tough situations will be a bonus.
- Prefrence to have experiance in Mutual Funds, Genral Issurance & Other insurance sectors.
