Systems Integration Specialist @ NTT Data

Candidate should have experience in Server installation (physical/VM), maintenance, monitoring, decommission and special configurations beyond automated tasks

Prior working experience working in SAP HEC (HANA ENTERPRISE CLOUD) landscape is a must.

HEC services include backups, patching, provisioning and upgrades, restore and recovery, infrastructure monitoring, and event detection all in a private cloud environment.

Knowledge on experience migrating the applications and extensions to the SAP HEC Environment

Package/repository management and OS image maintenance

Patch Management using BladeLogic Automation

Server related Monitoring/Alert configuration and rollouts

Performance tests and analysis

Root Cause Analysis for customer incidents

Service/Task documentation, testing, quality management and knowledge transfer

Assist 2nd level technical support in complex tasks

willingness to participate in an OnCall setup which may include weekends or public holidays if required by the project

profound Linux OS operations experience

knowledge in hypervisor operations (XEN and VMware)

Any knowledge for central infrastructure services is recommended and highly beneficial (Security Groups / LDAP / RPM / DNS / Rsync / Mail / Active Directory/Chef

Working on SAP is an Advantage
