Roles and Responsibilities
- Must have experience in selling Loan against shares product (Bank or NBFC)
- To deliver budgeted sales volumes, profitability and Fee Income in the designated geography
- To undertake new client acquisition, retention & growth for larger customer base
- Responsible for overall fee/Revenue/ Book acquisition under LAS product
- Responsible for team handling & its efficiency to meet targets
- To ensure risk management, policy/process adherence & documentation
- To handle direct & channel relationship(DSA)
- Redressing customers query and liaise with other team (Branch and CPU) to give prompt solutions
- Ensuring relationship with customers for OD & Limit disbursements
- Ensuring quality service standards & understanding the process
- Knowledge about depository & DP transactions

- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Good knowledge of customer service & processes
- High target & customer orientation
- Ability to manage channel/branch relationships/ Sourcing direct Proposals
- People Management & recruiting team
- Understand broad construct of assets product ( LOAN AGAINST SECURITIES)
