Job Description

1. Minimum of 8 years directly related experience including management experience , preferably from Manufacturing / Chemical Industry. 2. Qualified Chartered Accountant 3. Experience in preparation of Business Case Analysis 4. Computer efficiency in Microsoft Word , Excel & Power Point. Responsibility Oversee all statutory accounting and tax activities Oversee India Management Region accounting , financial closing , financial reporting , and financial analysis activities Prepare accurate and timely legal and management financial statements in compliance with US GAAP Responsible for projection , annual plan , and five - year outlook information requests Assist with finance compliance programming / training.
