Audit Liaison - Bengaluru/Bangalore - NTT Data

Job Responsibilities:

This individual will work as part of a team responsible for managing the planning, execution and reporting phases of the System and Organization Controls (SOC) 1 and 2 audits performed for clients at Domestic and International locations.

• SOC Planning Phase: Project initiation including assisting with coordination of service delivery teams in the development/update of Control Description deliverables for release to the independent audit firm and proactive management of internal risk assessment/internal testing/assertion activities.
• SOC Execution Phase: Project management including interface between service delivery teams and onsite audit team, assisting with provision and reconciliation of audit evidence, and working with service delivery teams to retest and confirm validity of any audit exceptions and ensure the service delivery teams remediate any control deviations identified by the audit testing.
• SOC Reporting Phase: Assisting manager during this critical phase, including review of SOC draft reports, performing root cause analysis and the drafting of management responses to audit exceptions for inclusion in the SOC1 and SOC2 reports.
• Other responsibilities: Performing control reviews, tracking status of remediation, continual improvement activities, and assisting with other initiatives and projects.

Required Skills :

• 3 years of experience with a large public accountancy and professional services audit firm or IT industry experience in managing and conducting SOC1 and SOC2 audits of Service Organizations, including defining control objectives, developing related control descriptions, performing internal or external audit testing, preparing audit workpapers, and preparation/review of SOC1 and SOC2 reports from draft to final issuance.
