We are currently hiring for Junior Editorial Advisor/ Editorial Advisor.
Experience: 0 to 3 Years only
Qualification: (Strictly from below streams only)
Masters in (Subject area : Life science, Engineering and ClinMed)
Brief about Business Unit
Manuscript Services belongs to the Publishing Solutions vertical and consists of highly educated
Subject Matter Experts in various fields of Science. All team members have studied their subject
field up to the masters level and know what is going on in Science.
Job Description-
- Monitor quality, style, scientific validity and relevance of manuscripts, maintaining internal
quality standards and timeframes
- Identifying & selecting Journals by applying relevant subject matter expertise
- Helping authors find a suitable journal for their manuscripts, by suggesting relevant
journals and supporting them throughout the Transfers process
- Communication with publishers, authors and editors
- Proactive approach in solving any manuscript related queries
- Responsible for handling author queries
- Review quality of work completed to ensure that it meets the project standards
Desired Skills and experience-
- Subject matter expertise with at least one own publication or experience in Editorial work
will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to independently plan, organize, implement, monitor and communicate with
internal and external teams
- Freshers with a good academic record can also be considered

- GTM/Hangout video interview with Team Lead
- GTM/Hangout video interview with Manager
Note:
- Please do not apply if you have attended an interview in the last 3 months.
- We have rotational shifts depend on the business requirements.
- Shift time 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM (It is rotational shifts hence you
can not choose any one shift)
- You will get free transport and shift allowance during shifts only
