Dear Aspirants

We have job opportunity with reputed Automation & robotic firm located in Bangalore location for a position of Design Engineer

Experience:2+Years

Education:DME/BE(Mech)

Job Description:

Ought to have an experience in designing Biw jigs&fixture,Grippers,End of arm Tooling,Conveyors,

Design of jigs/fixtures, grippers, end-of-arm-tooling, peripheral equipment (conveyors)
Design of BIW jigs and Fixtures
Process study and design for automation
Design validation using DFMEA tools
Project Scheduling
Proposal Engineering
Prepare Detailed part drawings and release for manufacturing
Generation of detailed Bill of material.
Design Data Management
Robot simulation and offline programming
Implement standards and discipline in the design processes
Layouts (AutoCAD)
Commissioning assistance
Travel & deputation to customer sites is expected
On-site commissioning assistance (as and when required) within India and overseas
Long term commitment is a must
Introduction to various new technologies, Robot applications and challenging tasks
