Roles and Responsibilities

Designation:- RO/ RM

JOB Description:-

Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements,
rendering advice, negotiating commercially and ensuring timely disbursement of loan
documents to the customer
Sourcing LAP products and implementing strategies to enhance market penetration and
business volumes through bank branches and DSAs
Recruiting DSAs, assisting them in achieving their targets and driving them towards
company goals.
Cross-sell LAP to existing customers by way of renewal and fresh acquisition
Managing internal and external customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
