Job Description
store officer and executive
- Inventory (Material Inward & Outward).
- Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders.
- Coordinating and monitoring the Dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders.
- Reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
- Ships cancelled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
- Maintain material inward & outward records in physical register and Excel
- Coordinating and monitoring Loading Unloading of goods.
- Coordinating and monitoring to Proceed Indent for purchase department.
- Preparation, Coordinating and monitoring of Goods Received Note ( GRN ) for further procedures.
- Following & complying company ethics & rules regarding Safety Awareness
