Title: Senior Manager- Oleo Chemical
Reporting to: Director-Tech
You are overall responsible to plan, organize and control production and to ensure efficient and effective operation and that all products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget with quality
assurance related to products.
To ensure health and safety of employees and machineries, coaching and development of your sub-ordinates, and continuous improvement activities within the process areas.
Responsible for making strategy for optimum utilization of plant and resources.
Responsible for maintaining the stock of chemicals required during production proces
Responsible for optimum allocation of manpower, chemical and utility consumption.
Responsible for maintaining overall health of the plant.
Monitor quality complaints received from customers/ Marketing department.
Continuous efforts to optimize /improve overall production & operation costs by closely monitoring & analyzing the costs implied in at each stage of production
