Net Full stack

Angular 2+ above average is preferred. AngularJS or other JS frameworks/MVC can also be considered but limited candidates who we think can learn quickly
Web API above average is mandatory .
C#/OOPS above average is mandatory
.Net core is desired
Azure - if they are good in above skills and not much exposure to Azure, we can still consider them
SQL - if they have used Entity framework or other ORM and do not much knowledge on other aspects then it is not a deal breaker
