Maintaining all spares, according to Machins criticality.
New line setup, line balancing, all type of Machine procurement, Installation and Commissioning.
Taking care of all type of Machines, Breakdown analysis and Maintenance of all equipments.
Taking part in continuous improvement for Process thorough several KAIZENS.
Responsible for Cycle time study, Motion study for all process and reduction of several wastage on line.
Responsible for third party repairs, AMC and several other maintenance related programs.
Making new and implementing old maintenance and process related documents as per current changes in organization.
Responsible for efficiency improvement projects and manpower reduction.
Responsible for all type of Space saving programs, to gain extra space for upcoming projects.
Study and analysis different bench marking like, time study, motion study and work measurements and process improvements to increase the productivity.
All type of rejection analysis (process and Incoming) accordingly, to reduce the rejection rate during Process.
Responsible for making all type of tools, fixture and gauges, to implement new tools and fixtures online.
Working on all type of process documents, Author for Process flow, FMEA and control plan
Responsible for upgrading all type of process documents (through ECR and ECN).
Involvement in shifting process from one Hall to Another, Redesign of Process flow and changed layout of Shop floor to gain better production output.
Responsible for implementing new process, Validation of all new process and Tools.
Taking care of all machines and equipments, new machine installation and validation, OQ and PQ of all machines.
Trials for new products, validation and approval for all new products.
Organizing all production stations to reduce production time.
Analysing all process with aim of optimizing workers, Numbers respecting quality standards.
Giving different Ideas/ Solutions to improve stations ergonomics and productivity.
Ensuring availability of calibration instructions and reports for each equipments.
Responsible for conducting internal audits in particular production area, Making plans and execution.
Assists in development of QMS procedures and Forms based on the requirements of ISO 13485 and 20 CFR 820.
Responsible for documents and Record control
Ensure effective closure, by working with auditees to ensure comprehension, development, and execution of corrective/preventive action with regards to any non-conformity cited during audits.
To conduct MRM and keep up the records.
