Job Description
ResponsibilitiesAbility to create digital artwork (Characters and Environments ) by looking at art style references.
Good understanding of perspective, colours and different art styles and how to implement them in projects for the relevant age group.
Excellent digital painting skills.
Fair anatomy skills (humanoid, humans and animals).
Good storyboarding/ storytelling ability.
Should be able to create concept art for semi-realistic/ cartoon and fantasy artwork.
Should be a team player and work together to identify methods to deliver quality and quantity for the team for the ongoing project.
Needs to effectively contribute in mentoring junior artists and develop skill sets that would help strengthen team dexterity over a short period of time.
Ability to attempt complexity and have a positive approach to handling pressure.
Requirements
A diverse portfolio showing different artwork styles and complexity.
Moderate to expert skills on handling asset creation for games/ animated videos.
Excellent working knowledge of Adobe softwares such as After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
Good multi-tasking ability.
Outstanding leadership and organization skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
BSc/BFA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an added asset.
