We are looking for dynamic and result oriented Fresh Graduates for our Talent intelligence & Talent Acquisition business.

As result oriented Talent Acquisition your role will add value to our Talent intelligence & Talent Acquisition business
Job Role (Recruiter):
- Understand the Job description along with Client Business
- Source Profiles from various job portals and social network sources.
- Selling opportunity and assessing candidate from JD perspective
- Assess personality traits for role fits.
- Prepare work MIS and Update.
- Achieve monthly target on position closure and revenues
- Number crunchy resource with metrics for performance
Candidate Requirement:
- Should be passionate Selling and Tele discussion.
- Strong Eye for details to understand the role and JD.
- Go getter with street smart attitude.
- Should be Tech Savvy.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Critical in Learning, New skills, technology and process.
Compensation Details: 2.16 Lakhs to 3.5 Lakhs PA.
Interview Process:
- 3 Rounds of Telephonic/Web Call :-
- Interview R-1: Power Point Presentation and Telephonic round.
- Interview R-2: Telephonic Call.
- Interview R-3: Web/Video Call.
