Job Description
-Execute project plans for delivery, ensuring customer needs are addressed in a timely manner. -Use advanced database programming techniques to support the implementation of efficient data collection tools, Analysis and Reporting Data Standards -Use advanced programming knowledge to support specification of new analysis and reporting tools -Responsible for planning, monitoring, documenting of projects and analysis of information -Contributes to some cost center goals and objectives -Broadens technical knowledge via departmental activities, literature reading and experiential learning. -May train junior/ new team members -Skilled in collaboration across project team(s) -CDS role-1. Lead and contribute to the technical implementation aspects of Clinical Data Standards definition, development, validation and support within assigned standards discipline (domain) including the development and maintenance of associated metadata, documents, business rules and guidelines where applicable. -2. Responsible for the independent, efficient, high quality and timely implementation of new standards and/or updates to standards for:a. Data Acquisition and Tabulation standard Or/and; b. Analysis and Reporting Data Standards -3. Evaluate and implement Clinical Data Standards changes and change requests conducting robust impact analysis and implementing action plans where necessary. -4. Communicate effectively with the partners and customers; Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with Data Operations, Biostatistics and Clinical Development groups supporting the development and use of Clinical Data Standards. -5. Contribute to the development, maintenance and training of relevant clinical standards systems and processes. -6. Act as an technical consultant providing Clinical Data Standards input to all relevant area including; electronic data capture/database programming, edit check programming, report programming, electronic data loads, IVR technology, electronic patient reported outcomes, metadata management and/or other clinical data management or analysis data and TFL -related systems. -7. Ensure that Clinical Data Standards aspects of systems meet regulatory requirements and are deployed with exceptional quality eliminating post production changes. -8.
