Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure business priorities are well understood by the Scrum teams.
Ensure PI plan and dependencies are well understood by the business.
Collaborate with Business Product Owner (BPO), Architects (F/BEA) and Scrum teams capture and Translate business / technical requirements into user stories/enablers.
Defining Acceptance Criteria and DOD.
Represent customer in clarifying requirements and validating product against the defined acceptance criterion.
Own team Backlog. Conduct Backlog grooming sessions, develop and manage a prioritized backlog of features and user stories for dev team to implement.
Participate in agile events like Daily scrum, PI planning, retrospection, demo etc.
Monitor the progress of product development, provide reports to update Business and IT on product development operations.
Responsible for running the PI System Demo.
Analyze business opinions and feedback to determine features or components that will add value to the product.
Preferably coming from a technical background.
Preferably Certified Product Owner (like CSPO)
Must have exposure of Client facing role.
