Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for overall delivery of activities assigned to Centralized SRE team
Single point of contact from Infogain delivery side and coordinates with ADIB point of contact from each application/product.
Experience in banking Domain a plus
Create the detailed implementation plan for this engagement.
Overall responsibilities for managing interaction of SRE team with other ADIB teams like Release management, Service management and product development team
Manages overall execution of the SRE engagement
Participates in Blameless Post-mortems, Rosters for On-Call, Incident response, Induction of new SRE team resources, etc
Knowledge of SRE Process, Practices and Principles, a plus
Share the status update of this engagement with all stakeholders.
Manage risk and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality.
Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred
Act as first level of escalation
