Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- ' Possesses thorough understanding of Java 1.4, Java 1.5 & Java 8.
- Should have hands on experience in technical implementation and support using technologies like WebLogic, JBOSS, Wildly, Eclipse, Spring 2.5, Spring JDBC, Bootstrap, JSON , Hibernate 3.0, JSP, Servlets, JavaScript, CSS, JMS, XML, SOAP, WSDL, Web Services, EJB
- Developed Spring framework-based applications and REST API/Services using Spring Boot.
- Has strong understanding of Oracle10g, 11g, PL/SQL, JDBC, database design & database tools
- Demonstrated experience in handling tools like UML, Visio, Altova map force, Putty, MPutty, SVN , Tortoise, Brackets, Docker, SourceTree, VSTS.
- Good hands on experience of MVC Design Pattern, Layered architecture following OOPS principles and design patterns
- Good to have knowledge on Angularjs5, Visual Studio, Azure, StreamSets, Kafka .
- Serves as a technical point-of-contact for Applications developed in Java and can work as functional subject matter expert
- Must have experience in one of ITSM tools like, EasyVista, Remedy , Servicenow , or any else.
- Understand the Agile Methodology , Backlogs , User stories grooming , Client demo
- Good to have ITIL framework & Service Management Industry
- Good to have experience in Event Domain or Payment Domain
- Good understanding of defect Management process
- Good analytical, debugging, functional analysis and review skills
- Ensure code is maintainable, scalable, built for ease of use, and performs optimally
- Work in or with testing team and perform quality checks and code reviews
- Troubleshoot problems and work with peer teams to resolve issues
- Communicate status, issues and risks effectively
- Actively participate in project and team meetings
- Provide estimates and feasibility of features
- Facilitate packaging and distribution of apps
- Flexible to work in US shifts if project demands
- Good communication with internal & external (client) team'
