Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements Analysis, develop, and test custom code for AS400 Applications to meet business needs
Promote code to path to production environments and configure application
Tune, debug application, configuration issues
Create functional & technical designs and implement changes in the LSP policy administration system on the AS/400
Work on production support; handle critical situations and resolution of tickets raised by business users
Document code changes, configuration changes, issues and fixes.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Proactively resolve customer satisfaction issues
Must have good knowledge on SDLC.
Good Communication.
