Trainer Manager - Direct Channel

Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Experience:4+ years in training from Life Insurance industry only preferred.

Age: Below 38 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

To impart training to relationship managers in order to upgrade their job knowledge through induction and develop their skills through periodical interventions in the areas of insurance selling and skills workshop, which would increase the territorys productivity.

Implementation of training architecture at the branchs to ensure that right learning happens which leads to desired capability and performance
Create Measurable impact on productivity
Managing Training Administration
Implement the region learning interventions that lead to solving regional problems and grabbing regional opportunities
Implement training initiatives that support seasonal business opportunities
