Urgently Hiring Assistant Manager - Customer Service / Renewals & Retention For Leading General Insurance Company - Mumbai
Job Responsibility:
1. Contact our KGI customer database to Cross sell / Upsell/ Renew the policies
2. Utilize available knowledge resources and systems to educate the callers and resolve their concerns.
3. Accurately document the interactions in CRM and ensure fulfilment of follow-up commitments.
4. Identify Customer needs on every requirement with quick response time.
5. Ensure adherence to defined processes and required verbatim
6. Undergo periodic trainings and certifications
Candidate Requirements:
1. Strong acumen for customer service, effective problem solving ability
2. Ability to sell and handle customer objections
3. Strong Negotiation Skill.
4. Good Communication skills and language proficiency in English
5. 0.6-5 years of experience in Telesales, Outbound Process, Outbound Sales
Industry: BFSI(Banking / Insurance)
Education: Graduation is a must
Location: Should be residing close to Thane or in the central side of Mumbai.
CTC: 2.50 Lacs to 3.20 Lacs
