REPORTING TO: DGM-IT

B.E. , or equivalent. Qualification in IT required.

Experience in IT infrastructure management of end points across multiple locations.

Exposure on IT Service Management models like ITIL /ITSM Worked on Windows, servers, network equipments etc. Exposure to Information Security risk assessment methodologies, ISO 27000 family, BS 7799, Data protection and other IT Regulatory standards desired. Must have good exposure to setting up IT Infrastructure for Retail Outlets. Must have good exposure in managing end point infrastructure at multi location outlets across the country. Must have good skills on sizing various IT equipments including UPS and power conditioning Good interpersonal and vendor management skills

Responsible for managing the IT infrastructure ( endpoints ) of the Company. This includes Helpdesk support, desktop & server support, LAN/WAN support, managed switches, routers, VLAN, Email/Internet support and Security , tools for multiple locations.

Responsible for setting up the entire IT infrastructure in new stores, Dcs. Vendor management Ensuring SLA delivery by all vendors.

Drive continuous process improvements for better and faster service delivery.

Motivating and guiding the IT team along with a virtual team comprising of third party resources,

Maintenance of Hardware platforms like Desktops, Laptops, IntelServers, communication equipments like LAN switches, Routers, etc through service providers. Support functions for Operating systems & applications.

Setting up communication links and implementing security policies.

SLA Measurement and reporting

Networking Management Tools: TCP/IP, Ethernet protocols and emerging technologies.

Preparation of RCA for store infrastructure issues. Handling best practices/models/frameworks in Infrastructure management and all commercial aspects like market price for IT services, products, communication links, budget planning etc.

Managing the various tools used for managing store infrastructure.
