Roles and Responsibilities
Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and execute sourcing plans for identifying potential candidates.
Source and screen potential candidates for job openings through multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc.
Assess applicants relevant experience, knowledge, skills and competencies
Conduct preliminary technical interviews to assess technical, communication skill levels, location preferences, salary expectations, etc
Scheduling, coordination and ownership of the end to end recruitment cycle.
Build strong candidate relationships & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations
Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process
