Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Sound technical knowledge on water and waste water technologies.
Responsible for tender study, understanding the specifications, requirement and making pre-bid queries as well as scheme selection.
Responsible for making technical proposal of water & wastewater treatment plant which includes design, process description, control philosophy, description of equipment's, scope of supply etc.
Designing of waste-water treatment plants like STP, ETP, ZLD and water treatment plants like Softener, RO, DM, Ultrafiltration, MB, EDI independently
To work closely with other departments for generation of engineering documents.
BOQ and Cost estimation of the project for bidding.
Knowhow of Autocad, Solid Works
Preparation of Basic Engineering Package and developing its drawing and documents including O & M Manual.
Meeting with client as and when require for discussions on engineering in support, understanding their requirements and scheme selection accordingly
Responsible for identifying and sourcing new technologies across the Globe.
Participating in pilot scale studies with new technological solutions at different locations under different conditions/applications.
Review of plants operating results and preparation of its analysis report.
Write case studies, technological based newsletters and press releases for the plant performances.
Technical coordination with team, consultants and end users/customers

Desired Candidate Profile
B. Tech/B.E /M. Tech/ M.E- Chemical engineering/ Environmental.
3 to 9 years experience in Designing Processes for Water/ Waste water Treatment Projects like ETP, STP, ZLD, WTP.
Familiar with MBR, SBR, MBBR, ASP, Aerobic, Anaerobic, UF, RO, , Softener, ZLD, DM Plant, EDI, MB etc
Energetic self-starter, with effective problem solving and technical skills.
Good communication, interpersonal skills and team player.
Multitasking, result oriented with ability to consistently deliver on time.
Ability to learn things quickly.
