Job Description
- Technical Solutioning for the Infra Projects :
- Technical evaluation and solutioning for the new tech requirements
- Conducting POC and testing the compatibility of the solution as per the business need.
- Timely completion of solution and vendor evaluation in a structured process.
- Risk assessment of the solution and vendor.
- Core Infrastructure Project management :
- Driving the Implementation of core infra projects and the new technical solutions, with the respective team.
- Ensure the timely completion of the project and implementation of use cases.
- Core Infrastructure Operation Management
- Architecture design guidelines, design strategy, Hosting strategy, Project planning and monitoring
- ensuring Infra availability, cost optimization and budgetary control.
- Efficient IT Sourcing, vendor/SLA management and technology cost optimization for the core infra solution
- IT Security & Compliance :
- Implementing Security standard on the inhouse and cloud infrastructure
- Actively manage compliances against Statutory, Regulatory and Internal quality standards/policies.
- Building the Cyber resilience framework and continuous implementation of Security standards and measures.
- Periodic assessment of Vulnerability on the cloud and inhouse infrastructure and patching of gaps if any.
- Timely closure and reporting of NCs
- Organize internal team reviews, escalations tracking, follow-ups, etc.
